Fall is bringing changes to Molding Business Services. We are pleased to announce that effective October 1, 2017, Jonathan Soucy has stepped into the role of President at MBS. We are thrilled to see Mr. Soucy in this new role, and happy to welcome former president, Terry Minnick, to the position of Chairman.

Mr. Soucy spent 25 years in the Plastics industry before joining MBS as a Partner in early 2015. He served as President and CEO of Plainfield Precision, a multi-plant, global injection molding and metal stamping company. Before that, Soucy was CEO and majority owner of Pixley Richards. He has a BS degree in Plastics Engineering as well as an MBA. Mr. Soucy’s deep knowledge of and experience in the plastic injection molding industry has been and will continue to be invaluable to MBS’s growth and success.

Mr. Minnick spent over a decade as CEO and Chairman of The Pro Corporation, a $20 million large-part, value-added custom injection molder before selling to a private equity group. After that sale, the group added two additional molding companies and Mr. Minnick ran the consolidated $40 million company until 1998 when he left to start Molding Business Services. Mr. Minnick’s extensive plastics industry knowledge and his reputation for excellence have been at the forefront of Molding Business Services’ success since its founding.
