Injection molder Tool Technology was founded in 1992 and provides molding solutions for a variety of sectors, including heavy industrial, automotive, electronics, and recreational vehicles. Its customers are located primarily across the southeastern United States. Investment firm Orchard Creek Capital has owned the company since 2020.
Delta Mold was founded in 1978 and operates two facilities totaling 70,000 square feet. The company provides mold building, injection molding, and repair services to OEMs and molders across the Southeast, serving the appliance, agriculture, consumer electronics, and food storage markets.
Plastics-focused investment banking firm MBS Advisors of Florence, MA, represented Tool Technology and Orchard Creek Capital in the transaction.
