MBS Advisors is dedicated to the manufacturing industry. Our main focus historically has been on injection molding and other plastics processing, but we have also worked with precision machining companies, tool and die makers, and metal stampers. Our current focus is on manufacturers of engineered components. We provide our clients with M&A advisory, investment banking, and other consulting services.

We were founded in 1998 by Terry J. Minnick, a well-known plastics industry professional and the former owner of a $20 million custom injection molding company in Florence, Massachusetts. Mr. Minnick has remained in the area, and our main office is still located in Florence – about two hours west of Boston.

MBS has maintained the owner-operator pedigree and currently, two-thirds of our dealmakers have ownership or C-level manufacturing experience. We are not your typical consultants or investment bankers!
