July 2021 – McPherson, Kansas – Ferguson Production, Inc. of McPherson, Kansas has been acquired by Revere Plastics Systems, LLC of Novi, MI. Ferguson Production Inc. (FPI) is a custom injection molding company that serves a variety of industries, including agriculture, automotive, consumer, lawn/garden, pet care, and recreational vehicles. The company operates 36 injection molding presses ranging in size from 55 tons to 1,750 tons. In addition to injection molding, FPI provides various value-added secondary operations, including manual and automated assembly. FPI maintains 66,000 square feet of production space and an additional 80,000 square feet of warehouse space.
Revere Plastics Systems, LLC is one of the nation’s premier manufacturers of highly engineered plastic injection molded parts and assemblies. The acquisition comes six months after Revere’s acquisition of its first manufacturing facility in Mexico and increases Revere’s manufacturing footprint from 8 to 9 locations throughout North America. Revere operates manufacturing facilities in the following locations: Auburn, AL; Fraser, MI; Jeffersonville, IN; Ankeny, IA; McPherson, KS; Saltillo, Mexico; Poplar Bluff, MO; Clyde, OH; and Brampton, Ontario.
