San Jose, CA – December 2025 – Injection molder MOS Plastics of San Jose, CA has been acquired by Currier Plastics of Auburn, NY.

MOS is a contract manufacturer that provides custom-molded precision components, tooling, and subassemblies, primarily for pharmaceutical, medical technology, and diagnostic customers. MOS has over 120 employees and operates in a 55,000 sq ft facility featuring Class 7 and Class 8 cleanroom manufacturing and device assembly.

Currier Plastics is a contract manufacturer primarily serving life sciences customers with precision plastic components manufactured in Class 7 and Class 8 cleanrooms, as well as value-added services such as design, engineering, material selection, and assembly.

“We are very excited to integrate MOS into the Currier business,” said Currier CEO Andrew McLean. “Our customers will benefit from the addition of significant cleanroom capacity, adjacent services, a West Coast footprint, and strong expertise serving pharmaceutical, medical device, and diagnostic customers.”

Currier is owned by private equity firm Sheridan Capital Partners, which acquired the Auburn, N.Y.-based injection and blow molder in late 2025.
