Engineered Polymer Industries, Inc. (EPI) is a newly formed entity founded by industry veteran Greg Sallee, who spent his career in plastics and polymers with Pexco and Saint-Gobain. The company was founded by Walt Hopkins and Rosanne Dukowitz in 1986 and has been serving the medical, aerospace, and defense markets with custom molded rubber products since its inception.

The company employs 40 people and operates a state-of-the-art facility. RD Rubber is ISO 9001:2015 certified and ITAR registered. Sallee intends to obtain ISO 13485 certification in the year ahead.

The company will continue to operate as RD Rubber Technology Corp. and Sallee expects a seamless transition.

“RD Rubber is a well-run company with an excellent reputation and customer-centric culture, which has enabled it to be successful over its 35 years. I plan to continue to nurture this same culture,” said Sallee
