Gloucester, MA – June 2024 – The injection molded medical product line of Gloucester, Massachusetts-based Sonolite Plastics Corporation has recently been acquired by PCPI Plastics, LLC of DeGraff, Ohio.
Sonolite Plastics and its experienced workforce utilize advanced secondary and assembly operations to provide customers with high-quality custom plastic components, on-time and on-budget.
PCPI was founded in 1976 and supplies a broad range of injection molded components to customers operating in aerospace, medical, infrastructure, general industrial, automotive, and electrical systems end-markets.
PCPI Equity Partner Tom Fussner said, “We are pleased to add a pharmaceutical product line to our portfolio, especially one that delivers an important family of prescription medications to a worldwide customer base.”
PCPI will incorporate the production of medical products into its facility located northwest of Columbus, OH. It will retain the Sonolite brand name.
