Shelbyville, KY – July 2026 – Stelised LLC and MADA LLC, both based in Shelbyville, KY have been acquired by Sweet Tooth Holdings LLC of Edgewood, NY. Sweet Tooth Holdings is a portfolio company of Monument MicroCap Partners LLC.

Stelised is a custom plastic injection molder and mold maker that serves the permanent retail display business by making endcap displays, cosmetic trays, and specialty fixtures. The company also provides ultrasonic plastic welding, assembly, and decorative services.

MADA designs and manufactures a line of proprietary molded products for construction, building products, and HVAC end markets.

Together, Stelised and MADA function as a single, integrated operation across two nearby facilities totaling more than 120,000 square feet.

“With the added capacity and capabilities, we can take on additional work, respond faster and bring more to every customer relationship,” Sweet Tooth President Tim Goddeau said in a statement.

Sweet Tooth is a low-volume, high-mix provider of tooling and injection molding services operating through two divisions: Micelli Chocolate Mold Company and Aztec Tooling & Injection Molding Company in Edgewood, N.Y.  Micelli is the largest manufacturer of polycarbonate chocolate molds in North America, serving customers ranging from artisanal chocolatiers to large industrial confectionery manufacturers. Aztec makes custom tool & die products for the food, cosmetic, pharmaceutical, automotive, and retail segments.

Monument is a Midwest-based private equity firm focused on investments in North American businesses with EBITDA from $2-8 million.
