Molding Business Services recently completed its first M&A deal of 2016 and its 72nd transaction overall. Aucilla, Inc. of South Bend, IN was acquired by Plastic Molding Manufacturing of Hudson, MA on January 15, 2016. MBS served as financial advisor to Aucilla. “We believe this is an ideal combination for both companies.” said MBS Founder and President, Terry Minnick. The acquisition is PMM’s 5th since 2009 and will give it a new geographic presences in the Midwest.
